It is in one of most important italian garden.

Flat lighting basically means that the histogram doesn't peak at each ends of the spectrum. So you're missing a tiny peak at pure white, and probably have too much down near pure black, hence the slight under-exposure.
It's still a beautiful photograph because of the focal point you created. But if the lighting had been better, the photo would also be better.

the pic looks like f2 or so but it's written f5.6...i can't believe (EVEN in this angle) that a such aperture creates such a massive blur...
and the surroundings of the floer look like if there was some stamp or blur tool used...(especially underneath...)
but ok...if you say it isn't......
