Description Title because there's no way that the names will all fit in there . _.
This ones very sloppy. Only one left after it though . _.'' And, this one is full of spare info. Forgive mistakes if you see them, it was a lot to type and I'm tired.
Characters run left to right as usual.

Ce'rainaa and Vok'l'onaa
Ce'rainaa is a boy from the Desert Country, and like all other boys born there, he belongs to the elite warriors group. Vok'l'onaa is his younger brother, who is physically weak. Despite that, the people demanded he join the elite...and to protect his young brother's life from the harsh training, Ce'rainaa escaped with him, and followed the rumor to the Outcasts land.
Ce'rainaa would not have done such a thing if there was more of his family left. Recently their original village had been attacked by Reki demons, with Ce'rainaa, Vok'l'onaa and a few others being the only survivors. This being the case, Ce'rainaa is very protective.
both boys also have an extreme fear of Reki demons, meaning Onbin, who they avoid at all costs.

Rosuto
Rosuto is a half-Cadroi and one of the few survivors of the Cadroi child safehouse burning. She was one of the first children to arrive when it first opened, and at the time was just a baby. She has the first set of brands put on the children, which cause great pain, though hers have burned out... meaning she has the ability to use her abilities, though she doesn't know how (nor does she want to use the powers.) Like all other children there, odd appendages were cut out or off. Her horns are sawed down, and her tail was mostly severed. She had no wings, though they attempted to cut where they usually appeared, which would have prevented them from growing in.
Unlike most other Cadroi, Rosuto knows she is safe where she is, and bears her burned down mark and scars with a certain pride. Even so, most others are uncomfortable around her for what she is. Solwevne is her closest friend there, since he shares the knowledge of being a half breed-something detested no matter what.

Solwevne
Solwevne is a half Rsev that was raised by humans, born to a nomad woman and thereby into her clan. Since nomads are often so closely knit, he was accepted as one of them even though he had tainted blood. Other nomad clans didn't see him so though, and caused a void between any clan connected to his.
When the new queen took over in the lands they roamed, she ordered nomads to be hunted and driven out or killed, and if any attempted to enter her borders that they were to be killed without warning. Solwevne's clan was out of the country at that point, and isolated from others they had not heard the change. When they attempted to wander back in they were slaughtered. This was the key to unlocking Solwevne's Rsev powers though, as before they thought he had the common stigma of Half-Rsevs-a complete inability to use magic. His magic caused a huge storm and destroyed much of the border force, along with most of what was left, though in return it unbalances Solwevne's powers, making them unpredictable.
With no other place to go, and not wanting to cause any further harm due to his magic and status as a half-breed, Solwevne fled to the Outcasts land where he could live in peace and rather calm, since now his magic would activate out of his control if he were to hit an extreme emotion.

OUTCASTS Arc information
OUTCASTS is the seventh arc of Devour the Stragglers, the set of story arcs that focus around the healing world (and the story where Vixa finds her living home).

Outcasts focus is on a group of characters locked deep within the northern mountains, where event he hardiest of humanoid races often dare not to tread. This group of people have all been abandoned by their raced or people, and found refuge with the 'master', a young blind boy by the name of Mareyi with incredible power in magical arts, despite being human. Mareyi keeps the system of caverns they make their home heated to a normal degree, and sheltered from the cold, making life comfortable for the group of misfits and outcasts.

However, Mareyi holds the mark of one who had made a deal with the Dead Lord, and is much older than he seems.

Dark creatures appear from nowhere, at first unable to make their way inside the caverns due to Mareyi's magic, but soon they begin to force their ways in, causing the group of outcasts to fight them off in protection of their home.

Unable to hold their own against them, Mareyi calls for Lord Oozora of the plains kingdom to help them exterminate the monsters, as Lord Oozora is both the son of the late war lord, and is in possession of the Holy Blade Mediscagu, known for banishing 'evil creatures'.

Unable to turn down the call for help, Oozora travels to the outcasts land to help fight away the monsters, only to find a horrid surprise waiting in who the Dead Lord's servant is

Additional Information of interest
Cadroi and half-Cadroi information
Cadroi were a race of chaotic beings of an unknown creation that suddenly appeared many hundred years ago of the main story. Cadroi functioned in tiers, with some being monstrous and stupid and others taking human shapes. These human shaped ones were the strongest of all, and capable of definite thought and communication, often learning many languages. Cadroi flooded all the land, and drove the kingdoms together to fight them.
In no case did people find Cadroi to be anything but destructive, and their goal to be complete domination of the races already present. However, there were few cases, scattered and often written off as false tales, of Cadroi peacefully living with another race.
After constant warring for hundreds of years, the Cadroi were finally driven off by the war leader K'yth'gahr (a desert man) and his wife, the Rsev Kelana, which resulted in their death and the orphaning of their three children. After this, the kingdoms began to settle back into their original shapes, though much was in need of repair, borders would need to be reformed, and any remnants of Cadroi to be driven off.
Half-Cadroi, offspring of a Cadroi and any other race, were counted as these remnants, and people feared they would rise again and the whole war would begin for a second time. Most Half-Cadroi were killed when found, usually because of the defining marks on their face next to their eyes. (see the marks on Iraeu's and Rosuto's faces, that's what I'm talking about)
one church decided that this was unfair, since the children were still children after all, and couldn't control their birth. They took them in and sealed their powers with magic marks, and removed most extra appendages as well as they could (Which was still a great pain to the children, The people accepted this for a while, but when the asked for room to expand, full of children, this made the people realize that there were far too many half-Cadroi, and in an uprising they burned the church, killing as many members and half-Cadroi as they could.
Iraeu and Rosuto are survivors of this event.

Rsev and Half-Rsev
Rsev are a magical race gifted in dealings with the dead-as in, necromancy and in some cases, acting as a medium. Rsev have lives that last up to 600 years, and dwell in an extensive forest from the plains kingdom towards the Badlands (the battle fort near the Rsev forest becomes the castle for the plains Kingdom when Lord Oozora takes over, with the forest quite literally starting in the backyard.) Rsev don't feel emotions in the same way as humans, and don't understand them. They hold magic in the highest respect, and look down on those who can't use magic as vermin.
However, Rsev are most common to breed among themselves to carry on the race, and with humans, even though usually they don't understand their emotions. This is because when a Rsev bonds with someone, they become devoted to them, and in most cases with a human, the bond turns to love. In these cases an Rsev splits their live with a human, bringing them both to around 200-300 years of life, the lifespan of a half-Rsev.
Even though Rsev breed often with humans, their offspring don't fare well. In an obvious way, humans look down on them as half-breeds, and Rsev look down on them for not having the extent of life or magic as Rsev (though there are some cases where half-Rsev gain extreme magic). The most devastating way however, is that most human-Rsev breeds suffer from some sort of defect involving magic. The most common defect is the complete inability to use magic, and if attempted a serious drawback on the user with often fatal effects (Vixa has this defect, and once almost died from it.) right after that is uncontrollable magic power, or uncontrollable magic released on extreme emotions. the Rsev inability of understanding emotion often happens as well, as well as certain areas of mental instability often accompanying this (Sarayen is one of these cases, though she did gain rare powerful magic). there are many other less common defects, most with some ill effect on Half-Rsev.

Extra Story Link
A bonus info bite added in here for those who are interested, is about the new Queen who drives out the nomads mentioned in Solwevne's information.
The kingdom most nomads roam is the extensive hilly kingdom that is very close to the plains kingdom. For many years it was ruled by a rather fair king who was working on recreating alliances with the three core kingdoms, though he fell ill and died and his eldest daughter, Airi took over. Airi was the one who ordered the banishment of nomads as something creating negative face on her beautiful land.
Airi is the main character of a story that runs at the same time as most of the story set OUTCASTS is part of (Devour the Stragglers).
