i just read it as "fiery featherhead" so i imagined it was like receiving a magical summons and the message is like "Yo dude I'm trapped in a place of super dumb evil can i get some help?"

Well, just the colouring and text is digital. The lineart was done on paper with ink. I can't draw digitally. :/

Seeing Garrus and Shepard share a bed in this (and much more fanart) has made me think about BioWare's initial reactions to Shakarian/Talimancing or Team Dextro. Were they confused? Were a few of the writers like: "Okay, uh, look guys. Remember Tali'Zorah and that Garrus turian from the first game?" "Yeah?" "The polls from the forums say that alot of players want a romantic subplot for them with Shepard in 2." "Okay...uh let's see if Liz and Brandon want to take that route and wirte up some flirting dialogue for Mark and Jennifer to get the ball rolling." "We aren't gonna show anything are we, like Garrus naked?" "Ew, gross, no! 'Sides the players won't care and probably won't like it as much as our other romantic leads like the Jacob romance I'm writing up." "So true." and many high-fives were exchanged.

To be honest, though, I couldn't care less about what BioWare think anymore, unless it's "Holy crap, that AmethystSadachbia is onto something. We better sign the franchise rights over to her."

The details on Shepard's bedhead is pretty realistic and I like the coloring on Garrus' tattoos and scar tissue.

Yeah, this is the first page of the first serious ME comic I ever did. (Previous to this, I had done single-page and 4-koma stuff just being silly. Which is not to say that Minarga doesn't have silly moments, but I actually gave it a plot too.

Layout is good, but I can hardly make out the first two panels because they're too light. Yay! You finally got around to doing the Minarga story!

They're supposed to be very faint and vague, just abstract shapes and swirls with suggestions of a face (in the first one) and an eye (in the second). It may be clearer in the final version (which I might not colour, but if I don't, I'll bust out the Manga Studio and lay down some tones).
