I spent a loooooong time on this, in fact, the fastest thing was the bed linens, which took me about 15 minutes
The entire thing was done with a mouse, because I still haven't found my wonderful tablet....
I do believe there are several things technically wrong, like how his arms are and such...but I'm not perfect >.< Practice is all I can do to over come my shortcomings in drawing messed up bodies...
I actually used hentai trigun doujinshi (Vash x Wolfwood) that I bought in Japan, as reference for this peice - partially for how he's positioned, and partially for how his body looks without all that clothing (scars, his mechanical arm, etc) - and I know, his hair isn't all straight-spikey...but, he's asleep - and if he didn't put super-strong-hair-gel in it all the time, thats what it would look like (in fact it does - watch the entire series and you'll see his hair not-so-straight a few times...)
As for his mechanical arm...I don't know if it actually looks like that without his clothing....I went by what I saw in the doujinshi's, and didn't go back to watch evey episode all over again...forgive me if I got it all wrong

That's pretty good. ^^ You've definitely improved in this last year...your bodies are looking much better, and you centered him all nicely in the picture so he's the main focus, as well as you shadowed up the bed all nicely!
The body its self looks good the way it is, I'd probably say the arms are a bit to short and the hands a little too small. (I think Vash has pretty big hands and long fingers in the anime) I don't really remember what his mechanical arm looks like when he's shirtless either, but I think you pretty much got it right since I don't recall him being like Edward or anything.
