Just watched the movie Thunderball for about the 100th time, it was the first place I ever saw a Vulcan when I was a kid

I've looked at this photo before and it just came to me, they have ground camo paint on the bottom !!

It is the only Avro Vulcan remaining that is airworthy. All other planes are on static display at various museums around the United Kingdom.

It sure did! There was a boy of about 4 years old standing in front of us that was just terrified by the noise.
