I think you've got them mixed up lol Black Manta and Aquaman are not related, just arch-nemesis-es.  Ocean Master is Aquamans only brother

It was from a comic stash I found in a house we moved into while I was a kid. I could be misremembering, or they may have retconned the story.

I only remember bits and pieces of it. It involved his mom, his aunt, a potion to survive Atlantis fall, and the isolation driving her nuts. (which begs how Arthur happened. But oh well)

And it's not like DC was ever big on continuity. They've basically disowned the original superboy ever happened.
