I just founded a tetsu group as I saw that there isnΒ΄t one up till now!xD I am still searching mods and of course members to create an active group for tetsu art and just work which makes you laugh and happy!

Have you ever even used the cutout filter? It makes stuff look like crap, seriously just try it. The cutout filter gives you harsh squarish lines, strange compression around the edges, and a lot of disconnected bits. If you don't understand how vector art works I have a short tutorial here: [link]
It certainly isn't a filter and I hope you can appreciate that this is something that takes a lot of time and effort before you go around insulting people like that.

No one said it was an insult I never even accused you of anything and I never said I didn't appreciate the art. I just simply stated it looked like a cutout filter.
And you are wrong... A cutout I'm sure you know you can change the edge simplicity to do what you have done.
