How would I save this so it still moves? I save files then open then in gimp, but i'm not sure how to save it so it continues to move.

sure I don't mind. It's a .gif made of multiple layers, with an animation ... tag... thing. Just upload it in whatever program you use to color, if the program supports layers, and color the two layers how you like, then save and you're done!
