Okay, it's good news everyone. I can feel progress coming on, as slow as it usually it- but it's there atleast. For this work I watched a Reiq colouring tutorial while doing it, really helped to get a process formulated and worked with. I'm happy with how this turned out, but not content (faaar from that).ยHere I aimed to just work on something that looks decent - because, till now, i'd been struggling to get my hand accustomed to the gestures and twists that come with working digitally.
My next work I want to play around with colours and brushes to get a different finish.

It took me around 3-4 months 'til I get accustomed with my pen tablet

I dont get how one can coordinate the drawing on the tablet to the screen and then move the screen with the mouse, on a laptop it is even more tricky xD I think I stick with traditional art and see how far I can get the limit to

Going out of your comfort zone is never easy, nor is it a big necessity. I doubt you will stick to traditional for long though

Very true there, even myself have started to wonder if the drawings I do can be called art or if I even made them, since most is fanart or drawn after reference photos and models, if I draw from my mind my drawings dont look anywhere near in most cases xD And when reading what artists call is art then it seems no one can agree on anything xD
At the moment I do my drawings anyway I like and how and do it to have fun and challenge myself and also its rewarding.
How come you think so? xD Iยดm pretty sure I will stick to it but when it comes to coloring I think I will use digital programs for that since color pencils dont do it for me.
When I have only time to draw maybe once a month I doubt I have the time to learn to draw with tablet and digital stuff xD
