Request from ~MegaManZero90 for =mikuhoshiSecond request. Now see, I usually don't like people requesting another person's character without COMPLETE consent from the other person. i.e. the character's owner. As much as I didn't get confirmation on this, I wanted to do this. Feli needs more love, so do her characters. So yeah...guess this is a gift from both me and Zero. ^^ She's a really nice person. And I mean really nice X3
This also has a gradient background cuz of the fact the character is mostly white...I just gave it lots of tint...
