I'M SICK OF THIS YOU CAN HAVE ITopal who is the batshit equivalent of the jack of spades . LIKE HER EQUALLY BATSHIT BROTHER DECEMBER she too is terrified of parliament. she is terrified of december too. actually there's a lot of things she's terrified of, although you wouldn't know it from the way her default reaction to everything is to attack it.
she also has knock knees, can't walk right, and is in general a shambling mess.

In all of her crazy quirkiness she's still quite charming ;u;~. I really like her hair! It's all frazzled, but it still reads as girly and kind of elegant, aight. And daaaang you did a real nice job on the shading here. The folds are reading super well and I think that blue looks especially nice on the white shirt and her skin~ mm! So contrasty <3.
