No scars, just some lovely red dots/marks that last for a week or two at most before fading completely.

Obviously I turned the saturation down and made the blues brighter with photoshop, but all the needles are 100% real and sticking right through that beautiful flesh!

At a first glance, when looking at the thumbnail, it looked like one of those scar tatoos. But this is much better since you can take them out and try different things again
