Well.. Hello.As you can see I just got kicked ass by ...
God damn, I have to draw at least one sketch a day.
Here's a drawing of my favourite rat.
She's (yes, she's female) called Splinter (just like the Sensei of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
Her fur is coloured Russian Blue and Havana, but here the colours are quite colder than they are in RL.
I love this rat. She and her three sisters were born on the 22th of February in 2013. So they're quite young.
I tried to colour the outlines with Copic Markers.
In the next weeks I'll try to get an insight in the colouration with those markers.

Again - the head is wonderfully done, she's such a cutie!
But the hind leg doesn't look right and the tail seems to be a little too short.
The rest looks very good

Aber das ist ja mal sowas von geil geworden! Ich seh schon, die Copics waren 'ne gute Investition. Das Fellmuster hast du super hingekriegt und auch sonst den Effekt, dass sie richtig pelzig aussieht, wie sich das gehört
Wunderschön realistisch! Und das Auge... Hach, so schön dunkel und glänzend, als würde Splinter einem damit direkt in die Seele starren xD

Ich will umbedingt mehr Ratten zeichnen. Pelz ist so eine schöne Herausforderung!
Btw die dunklen Copics machen mich fertig. Die bluten doch ein bisschen aus und
ich kann noch nicht präzise arbeiten. Aber das kriege ich schon noch hin. In einem Jahrzehnt xD

Eigentlich ein gedanklicher Umweg wegen Artsyrats nick -> SigiTurtle = Schildkröte XDDDD
