I know this is late (it's totally my fault) but at least it's not that late. I put this drawing of for way too long -_- i am so sorryI'll be honest: I thought long and hard on how I would go with this monthly challenge since I was a bit uncomfortable with the genderswapping/bending. But I really wanted to the challenge so haha. Yeah...I'm one of those people who believe that gender does not equal your body parts. Like if I was to swap Brooklyn's gender, I don't need to change her body bc I mean all I am swapping is her gender. And I guess I just don't go with the "opposite"/"two" gender thing? Like there are multiple genders (pangender, agender, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, etc.)...and sadly with the most popular form of genderswapping...you don't see much of those. (I'm not gonna rant/lecture/sermon lmao I know it's for fun but yeah...) I mean yeah...genderswap but let's add a bit more diversity into that~ Which leads me to introducing Non-binary Brooklyn!!
I really liked the idea so I made up some headcanons:
- uses "they/them" pronounse
- They don't actually have a preffered wardrobe and could switch from the typically gendered clothes to the adrogynous ones.
- They just like to confuse people
- "What's your real gender?" "A platypus" "No, like, what's in your pants?" "Awesomeness"
- They have a binder which they sometimes wear whent they're feeling like it
- Started out with really short hair then grew it out
- They always go on pride marches and they drag bring along their pretty supportive boyfriend (Jaime)
- Still demisexual
- Ever since they were a little kid, they were not sure with which gender they were comfortable with identifying as
- Is pretty patient with people and will explain about the wonderful world of the LGBTQIA+ and Gender discourse
