it's my monitor; well, it's not really grey, but I can see grain on the black, as if it wasn't contrasted enough or something..

Oh right.. I can also notice some very slight red hue, but I've always known the Superia 400 for being a bit on the warm side, so it doesn't come as a surprise.

You did use ISO 400, so that can explain the grain.
