I dunno, it's the little details and the way you bring the elements of a picture together that I feel let you down. For instance here the girl is beautiful, the background is beautiful, the gown is beautiful, the sparkly jewelery is beautiful - but it doesn't all go together that well. The gown has folds and shadows that are rendered beautifully but then the part that is submerged (in water that is rippling no less) is not distorted at all. The jewelery sits flat on the arm, however put a bracelet on your own arm and take a look at it - the edges extend out past the 'edge' of your arm and if it is tight (as these are) then the skin pinches down into/under it, it will also cast shadows on your skin - all these things are lacking here and so we end up with a very flat and false looking arm.
These arn't big things and they wouldn't take really THAT much effort to do. I look through all your work and I see these type of little details overlooked everywhere and I really think you could be an great artist if you didn't - take a little more time and I think we'll see some really amazing stuff!!

fabric is amazing, as are the sparkles. however, the shadow on the face looks unrealisticlly dark; im not sure what to do about it except maybe add some slight highlights to outline that part of the face to show that it is actually there. also, the left arm is not realistic, and the head is unproportionately large for the rest of her. otherwise, great work, of course.

I think you should try more contrasts in darker areas where things round off.
It'll probably make things appear to have more volume. Some areas are kinda flat, I think.
