Description
This image relates to a project I worked on regarding mental illness. It is not meant to promote eating disorders but to raise awareness of the dangers of mental illnesses such as anorexia and bulimia. Whilst I greatly appreciate and am thankful for the large number of favourites and comments it has received, I would discourage members of deviantART from adding it to collections with content which could be regarded as 'thinspo' or pro ana, as this is not something I condone, as a recovered sufferer. Great concept. However, this seems to go from a bulimia message to a anorexia message. However, I do suppose the two are quite similar and equally distressing. Great work!

Thanks... I was trying to show the thought process bewtween the two, and how one can lead to the other, by using the food, but then the internal monologue of the persona to get it across. =S
