I was randomly doodling Pokemon and suddenly I scribbled out a Darkrai..And the rest..I was playing around with the colors and trying new stuff~Art by

I'm kind of confused. I see eyes and I see hands. Where are the other parts? What are they covered up with?

The other parts can be seen,you have to look a little bit closer and light blue/turquoise highlight should show you the features of the entire body.The Darkrai is also sorta fading in with the background but if you're talking about the swirling black things surrounding the Darkrai that's just part of the background too.
By the way a Darkrai's body is like the shape of a hourglass and its waist is quite thin or tiny so its arms and hands can pretty much cover the entire waist area also the whole theme of this drawing is Dark with a tiny light source (the glowing white butterflies).
