Maternal: For every patient he had Yuu felt a strong urge to care for them until they were better. His strong maternal urges stem from his mother.

Strong Willed: One of Yuu's faults that combos with his honesty. When he feels something isnt right he will speak up about it.

Backstory:
Yuu grew up in the stunning Autumn region being a illegitimate child between a client and his mother -a geisha. A forbidden love had blossomed between them like a fairy tale. Upon being discovered the geisha house had chased him off and made her promise to speak or look for him again. Yuu knew no difference as a child, being home schooled and raised in the geisha house, he gained a respect and admiration for the geisha. He had a wonderful childhood his mother ensured Yuu was protected from the outside world. Yuu was taught all the artful techniques of music, art, and dance. His mother had kept him secret from the outside world lest her reputation as a geisha be destroyed.

In his time alone during the day while his mother slept Yuu would sneak into the gardens behind the geisha house. He spent hours learning and studying upon these different berries and plants. It didnt take long for his thirst of the outside world grew and Yuu began to sneak out. The first few times ended in a panic that sent him running home. As Yuu grew he sneaked out more and more as did his confidence.

By the time he'd hit his teens Yuu was already making teas, and practicing medicine. His mother had indulged her son with books about the new subjects he was interested in. Though this blissful peace only lasted a few years. War had broken out between the regions. The war greatly changed things. The geisha house became refuge for warriors who could no longer fight and needed somewhere safe to rest. In that first year Yuu spent time with these warriors learning their stories. Helping aid them with his herbs and abilities. The young audino had a new purpose. To help others, to aid in the war the only way he could.

Years of doing this Yuu finally came of age to join the war. In his early twenties he was assigned to a medical unit. The war was beyond half over. This was when Yuu got to see the cold realities of life, and learned to toughen a bit. He spent his days nursing and watch procedures until he was able to perform them. Years he gave to the service of his region. When the war ended Yuu felt almost lost on what to do now. Returning home gave him comfort. Seeing his mother again gave him a great joy.

Yuu continued to practice medicine as he had made a name for himself in the smaller communities. Though with the war the geisha house had suffered from loss of business. Selling his ointments, tea, and fresh berries aided but it wasnt enough. Yuu took on odd jobs when he could being the only male in the house. This became even more needed when his mother fell ill. The male had learned of a tip, the king was looking for a gardener, and made a decision to seek it out. Yuu had truly thought hed blown it by talking back but hed been given the job.
