Sein is someone who is not easy to get a long with at first, the first impression he gives is always of someone who doesn't want you near him. Though it is easy to be an annoyance to him, he actually does enjoy the company of others, but he makes it difficult for himself to get along with people. Sein can be polite to a fault which paired with his calm attitude, results in him seeming more mature than he is. Even though he might enjoy other's company, Sein is not interested in other people's affairs, he is the kind of person to generally not care at all about other people's problems, they are not his problems, so why should he?

If you somehow manage to stick around him long enough before going nuts yourself, you will be able to see half smiles or other positive emotions on his face. He sometimes tries to crack jokes, but it is mostly a swing and miss, which can lead to awkwardness. Sein actually has issues being true to his emotions, feeling like they are more in his way and are unnecessary in the end. If you somehow manage to piss him off, out of the window is his politeness, he will start yelling and cursing, not even bothering with trying to bring things nicely.

Sein is still not the most social person but with his evolution came an Ice Type being added to him and therefore, he feels less bothered by the cold. It resulted in him actually being... happier and feeling less annoyed by everything that could go wrong. He is still uninterested in most affairs that have nothing to do with him, but he became more willing to help out. Good job, Sein, you became a decent person.

History
Sein was born the oldest son between a Dewgong and a Corsola, the time he spend as an only child was short, seeing that he actually has a younger twin brother named Will. The happy couple was thrilled with their identical twins and always made sure to try and not treat them too differently, in case of the twins thinking they faved one of them more over the other. They quickly understood that their approach would not be the best, because while Will was quiet and timid, Sein apparently seemed to have the energy of the two of them, always coming home with scratches and bruises and a big wide grin. When their mom asked him if it didn't hurt, he would confess only to her that it hurt a lot, only he had to be the tough older brother so he wouldn't cry. Sein felt like he had to be the best older brother for Will, he was the stronger and braver one of the two, so it felt only logical to the small Seel to protect his younger, shy twin.

Around their 9th year, their parents had actually hoped that both their kids would be more like the other, but in the end Will seemed to be only more passive while Sein was the active one of the two. Even so much energy that their dad eventually decided to let him join a scouting group and Sein loved everything of it. He loved the things they taught him there, he loved the people he met, he was so hyped about everything. Sein finally felt like he was doing something nice with all the energy and not it all combining until it exploded in a burst of a highly energised child. Because of this, Sein became more calm around the house, which really came as a relief to their parents.

Years passed and nothing really happened, Sein seemed to have an alright relationship with Will, or at least he thought. Will seemed to like his stories, about what things he did at scouting, what techniques he learned, but however Sein tried to get him to join the scouting too, every time it was a solemn no before his brother would put his head in back in a book he was reading. Sein would complain with his parents before but he quickly realised it was useless and he shouldn't bother. It was no good to pester him over and over.

It was almost their 16th birthday when Sein woke up and Will was not in the other bed. Always waking up later than him, Sein did not see any issues until he came downstairs and his parents asked him if Will was alright, not unusual that if the other twin had a bad day, he would refuse to leave his bed. Puzzled, Sein went back upstairs to check, it wasn't for him to miss his own brother in the opposite bed and indeed when he arrived back at their room, Will's bed was nicely folded, the other Seel nowhere in sight. Sein pulled the covers off the bed, not knowing what he wanted to accomplish with it and found a letter beneath the sheets, one that was signed to him. Will had ran away, asking Sein to forgive him, that he just felt so trapped in their house that he needed to escape. For the first time since he was younger, Sein cried again, he felt empty, his other half gone.

Few months passed and the town guards still could not find Will, the hope of the parents had diminished, maybe they had to call off the search. They had to face reality and they needed to support their other child now, the one who barely wanted to get out of the house and who hadn't gone to any scouting groups since the happening. Sein felt broken, he felt scared and empty, thinking that if he had woken up earlier or that if he had been a better brother, if he had made Will more comfortable or just given him more support, that if he had done anything, that they were still together. He wanted to lie in his bed until he finally believed it was a bad dream until he heard knocking on his window, being startled and hopeful, Sein fell out of the bed, only to be greeted with the sight of a pidove with a letter in his beak. Opening the window for the bird, the pidove dropped the letter in Sein's hands before flying away again. The letter was from Will, telling him not to worry and that he was safely travelling with trustful people, promising more letters every few months. Sein was outraged.

His parents were glad with the news, having to trust that Will was safe and not dead or starving. It also seemed that the news had shaken Sein out of his confinement, having brought back a spark in their son's eyes again, but if they looked properly, it wasn't the same spark of his younger days, it was a spark wanting revenge on Will daring to leave him alone and worried. Sein dropped out of scouting and volunteered at the Town's Guards to have them teach him combat and other useful skills he could probably use in actual life, opposed to the childish things they taught him at scouting.

And so another 3 years flew by and every letter Will send had only fueled his anger more. Sein had become emotionless, figuring that after he scarred his nose in a battle where his anger got the most of him, that emotions would only hold him back and he imagined he wouldn't be taken seriously with his height and his young looking face if he wasn't mature. He had to be honest with himself that as much as he felt welcomed at the Town Guards, he didn't want to apply to be an official one, instead opting for applying to Yarelts. He wanted to travel somewhere where he could hone his skills more and all the while, searching for Will. He would not feel alright until he had found his brother and punched him.

During a reconnaisance mission in the past, Sein returned to the present for a moment to get his mount, but... he was doubtful about some things. After mulling it over for a long while, he had decided to just go with his own wishes and spend a full day going through a severe fever while his own body was dealing with whether it could evolve now or not. After it happened, he felt some weird sense of relief. It felt like he was finally moving on from his own loss by allowing himself to grow.

Sein still has no word or sign from his brother but frankly, at this point he could not care less about Will. He is enjoying his time at the Academy, together with the friends he is making. His dormmates, Bel and Shaira, probably being the best friends he has had in a long time.

Weapon Sein's main choice of weapon is the move Icicle Spear, though he does have some experience with normal combat, he is not the most precise in his hits and therefore cannot handle intense combat, his friend Bel is currently helping him out to get a better grasp on it. Any close range weapon attacks he will mostly fail at blocking, having only a knife for cutting things and none of his actual moves suitable for using them in close range. If for some reason his spear gets broken, he is able to turn it into the move Ice Shards, which is dangerous to use at close range in a case of it backfiring at him.

Ice Shards || Once his spear breaks, he can regain control over the shards before sending them at high velocity towards someone, though control can be lacking
Surf || Using a body of water, Sein can almost skate over the water as long as he keeps moving, this move can work on water if he can take the water from a lake or a stream, downside of this is that it will and can run out on land
Dive || This move can help him go deeper faster when he is in the water, though in combat, he is hidden in the water for a turn
Aqua Jet || Sein is able to take a small bit of water to propel himself forward with no promise of a safe landing (mostly used for tackling or just crossing small distances really fast)
Aqua Ring || Depending on the amount of water he is near, Sein can control a bit of water to cool and speed up the closing of wounds, the more water he has, the faster the healing can be
Frost Breath || Sein manipulates the air around him and his target by lowering the temperature until it feels almost freezing

-Because of his ability, his body temperature is several degrees lower than usual
-His evolution caused him to still have a low body temperature, but he himself doesn't feel bothered by it at all
