That is incredibly, especially for being done with a mouse... they eye is excellent and I am impressed by the texture!! For critique, I think you should add a bit more definition by her nose, just because it is a bit hazy.. it might show better to include a darker shadow by the nostril crease... ha ha that sounds funny.
I think the hair is amazing, but I might have made the ends a bit more haphazard.. except it sorta looks like she used a hair straightener, so if she does, brava. Her lip ring for some reason looks entirely different from the rest of the piece -- both look excellent, but don't match, for lack of a better word.
Also, LOVE the way the hair blends with the background, really cool. Nice lips too.
