The poor girl. It's no wonder [SPOILERS] Ragyo and Junketsu were able to corrupt her by implanting fake happy memories into her head. The girl deserved a real mother, not Ragyo "Mom of the Millenium" Kiryuin. [/ENDSPOILERS]

Ryuuko deserves a real family, not a psychopathic, genocidal mom, socially withdrawn well-intentioned extremist father and equally extremist sister who used, manipulated and abused her for much of the story... good thing Satsuki came to her senses.

Empty dead eyes. Only way to fill her heart with any warmth was with that burning fire that lead her through all of her fights. Alternative was to slowly fade away...

Or be consumed by the raging fire in her heart. Before she lashed out with it in all directions, destroying everything around her. Now she has a target to focus her flames on. Even though she sometimes rages and burns those close to her she will eventually cleanse her past and light a way to the future in the endless darkness.

We are both getting paranoid huh? The first one is unlikely since we have seen Isshin and Aikuro as separate people in flashbacks, the second one is quite possible however...
But then it delves into Squicky territory, if Aikuro is her uncle... all that stuff he did around her...
