I really like how your pieces often seem to tell a story. That gives them, on top of the technical skills you display of course, a captivating touch, sorta.

Thanks a lot! I like telling stories and as long as I haven't got any time to write...

Wow, did you use reference for this one? It's beautiful. And I could tell region you're from just by glance.

I did use refs. This one pushed the whole idea:Β www.pinterest.com/pin/57244980… , then some like thisΒ www.pinterest.com/pin/43945287… , and some buildings (those I got plenty on my HDD) , and then little detailes like spiky dry grasses and a char, and a boat - those I kinda picked from Tom Scholes' style (I really love this man's works!). And sure snow I know well, yup )))
Thanks a lot!

Awesome. You built it from so many ideas and shapes.
Found the man on DA but it's all heavily digital stuff so don't know if it's the same Tom Scholes.

"Heavily digital" - that's 'im! ) I mean his approach to detailing and placing rhythms - like "a huge area with little detail and less contrast opposed to a strongly detailed zone with lots of stuff and a character" and that other thing, when a bunch of things or a char stands alone and thus is really focusing and interesting.
