OMG! I have just wake up! I must have had a bad car accident, I can't remember anything… my head is spinning and I can barely open my eyes...

I have tried to call for help, but I cannot speak. I feel my lungs being inflated and deflated rhythmically and a cycling noise from somewhere. I have tried to move open my mouth but I felt like I had a gag in my mouth. Even my tongue cannot move but I think I have a ventilator tube in my throat. I can't even decide when to breathe or to pause for a while...

I have tried but I can't move my head either! It is firmly blocked by something all around my forehead. It seems I can turn just a little bit and I feel my top head scratching against some sort of helmet that keeps my head straight pointing to the ceiling. I can't nod either, something holds my chin up and my neck seems to be stretched like a chicken.
