Description Bärenschützklamm - 09

Hey ... I've just bought a Spyder2express and calibrated my LCD monitor. The reason was the difference between my screen colors and the colors on my printer. If the calibration were right, I was quite a bit in the blueish/magenta direction with my screen colors. So maybe there's a little quality increase going along with that calibration - we will see. Anyway - here is one more shot from my day at the gorge. This one was taken after I have left the gorge and was on my way to the "Thyrner Alm". Look at the weather ... awesome.

Very nice.. my eyes followed the road right into the scene

Is it green all year round over there? I've noticed its very green in most of your shots (here in the summer it goes straw coloured )

It depends on where you are ... but in the hills it's very green indeed ... here where I live there are cornfields everywhere and there's a big deal of yellow mixed with green.

Is that a a Jeep - if so, it's the perfect place to take a ride. This path also is an official mountain biking route called "Drachentour" (Dragon Tour). I saw quite a few bikers on my way.

lol, no a Subaru is a car. There commonly used in rally racing, which is basically racing down gravel roads just like that doing about 90.

Oh, I know the brand Subaro ... just though there might be a Jeep version of them too ... but rally racing would work on that road for sure ... just don't care about the bikers ...

oh ok. well at the same time we have plenty of gravel roads here, but sometimes you'll meet log trucks around the corner so i never go on them anymore. My friend and me used to make stage notes using a map program then we'd go out and hit speeds of 120kmh+.

Yeah ... I've seen these rally broadcasts where suddenly a cow stood right around a corner ... as good as a map can be, you can never calculate all the eventualities ...

yea...i dont do it anymore. I realized it was pretty stupid that i was out going so fast with no roll cage, and not knowing what was ahead of me...
