Description The ancient Greeks were undisputed masters of combining men with animals to create some of the most memorable monsters of all time. For the Splice contest, I thought I would combine one of their most iconic beings with a dwarf - a staple from the fantasy world.

The main difference between this being and the classic Medusa, in addition to the gender change, is the location of the snake extensions. Since dwarves are famous for their beards, it seemed only natural that the snakes appear here. I also thought it would add a nice touch to include the stone-working tools that dwarves are famous for, especially in this case to indicate his intentions for those who are turned to stone.

Yes this was an idea that we must think. Good idea, and good job^^. And dwarves transformed in stone when they see sun or light, then why a dwarf couldn't transform people in stone lol^^...
