The light and colors are a bit overexposed/oversaturated. Next time you're editing in lightroom or photoshop, tweak those sliders down a little bit and see if it doesn't help you.

Or make sure you're not shooting overexposed through the camera. Gotta check up on the settings for each shot! Diligence pays off!

Thanks for the comment! Well, off the camera it was not overexposed. I over did it a bit in post processing. I always want to make my images look nice and contrasty and bright but I don't know how I can without making it overexposed?

Depending on the program you use, you can tweak the hue, saturation, and luminosity of individual colors. I'd play around with that if you have the options.
