Description
This work was painted for year-end Art Academy Gallery. It's a protest against linear composition assignment done 100s of times during a single semesterThis work has the largest number of interpretations. Some say it's a urban nightspot, some that its about love, some that it's a sunset
It's up to you to decide! Would be happy as an artist if you could post your interperations here

yes! abtract, lines, great color chioce. I don't like interperating works like this, i would like looking at them and enjoying them for what they are. you my fine friend, know what you are doing, i will be watching you.

Its a person, getting it all out there. You know when you stand on a hill and scream until your lungs are bursting? I think thats what this guys doing. He's so downtrodden and bored with the general mediocrity of life, and he just wants to yell and scream and jump around, and when he's done he'll be feeling SO good.
Im not saying I see an actual person there... its more like his feelings, jumbled up and aggravated.
I love the colour and texture, the little flicks of white really lift the darker colours out.

I like the linear elements in that they remain textural. I like it as a whole (a lot). If I had to find fault I'd say the lower left of the composition feels a little empty. Nice work though, (is that on canvas?)

Hmm...it reminds me of an exploding robot. Er...and my interpretation of that is a breakout from the everyday mechanics of pop art/culture.
Anyway, I really LOVE this piece
