Yes, these are natural. This stone is mined in Italy, Greenland, Finland, Russia, Canada, and Scandinavia. The colorful flashing rainbows are brought out with tumbling or polishing the stone, and completely natural

This is a little pricey compared to other cabochons. This one was 13x18 millimeters and it cost me $11.00
