I think Mousse is kind of too pissed off at Ranko helping Ranma to really say anything to try to get her on his side since he probably figures "well I can probably take her and maybe even use her as a hostage in case Ranma manages to fend off those too" even though in his weakened state even if Ranko is fighting mad she can probably take him. Again Ranko is around the same level as Ranma even if she's more fighting instinctually not having full memories and all.

This is the problem with the "alliance of conveinance: once it stops being conveintant for one part of the party the entire thing falls apart.

True, Mousse might be angry at Ranko for helping Ranma, but if you've been following this comic, you may remember that Mousse has always been at odds with Ranko since she joined Team Shampoo.
In their past interactions back at the brothel, Ranko was often seen teasing Mousse, and he was always pissed about that.
In short, Mousse just decided to throw her under the bus because he hated her guts and has probably had enough of her at this point and wouldn't care less if she got killed fighting her counterpart.
He probably told Ranma that Ranko helped with Kasumi and Nabiki's sale in the hopes that they would end up destroying each other during the fight and allow him to claim Shampoo for himself.
Unfortunately for Mousse, that doesn't seem to have worked as planned, since now Ranko's just found out that he screwed her twice over by not telling her she was immune to the whistle.
Essentially, Mousse is in deep, deep shit now.

Honestly seemed like Mousse just wanted to get away since if he wanted Ranma and Ranko to fight one another more wouldn't he of tried instigating the fight BEFORE whistling Akane and Ukyo? I mean if he knew Ranko was immune then even if Ranko wanted to fight Ranma she wouldn't do so when he was being swarmed by the others mind controlled so yeah pretty poor last ditch planning either way on his part.

While the whistle itself did not affect Ranko, it has gotten her angry enough to want to kill Mousse for not telling her about it in advance.
Mousse, of course, doesn't care if she didn't know, as he's pretty much hated her guts since she joined Team Shampoo.
And since this may have just created a very wide rift between the two, I think it's safe to assume that Ranko could be well on her way to switching sides.
And the only thing that would keep Ranko from killing Mousse would most likely be her counterpart telling her that he's not worth it. Once he's figured out how to turn off Akane and Ukyo's feral mode, of course.

True, but Ranma may not welcome Ranko onto their team given her willing involvement in Shampoo's slave trade, wanting to switch sides because your old team screwed you over as opposed to feeling legitimately sorry for your actions may not be enough to convince Ranma to give her a chance. She was happy doing Shampoo's bidding in exchange for getting to live in decadence until Mousse pulled this stunt.
