Though this bio was originally posted on Impossibly-Me under the title "Two Of Two" and this OC remains part of the Next-Generations group, I decided to use a different photo.
Alterations have been made to the bio to update the character from their past concepts to the current.

Name: Aria Da Costa

Parents: Beatriz Da Costa and James Octane

Age: 25 (The older twin by 37 seconds)

Alias/Nickname: Her boyfriend, Levi, likes to call her Honeybee, Darling, Sundrop, Ma'am (mostly jokingly), and Pyro (all jokingly). Around the club she's called Boss, Ma'am, and Draken. The last one is because there's rumors that Aria secretly runs her own mob group, and with how she openly uses her powers for the club, she gained the moniker of Dragon, Drake, or Draken. Her workers starting using the last as a joke, since they all know there's no truth to the rumors. The rumors do certainly come in handy at times, though.

Stance: Though civilian, she could be technically classified as an Antihero, as she has done some lowkey violence in her life and holds close ideals with the category. She respects what her mother did as much as her brother does, but she's always run a little hotter than him. She doesn't actively seek out instances, but will do what she needs to so that her own is protected. With age, she's learned more. She knows her rights and what can be seen as self defense, and uses those guidelines if ever the time comes.

Powers/Abilities: Just as their mother had, both Aria and Aiden have pyrokinesis and related powers. They have pyroclasmic forms, but prefer to leave those dormant as much as possible. When in their forms they can become intangible by will and can fly. They can control the type of fire they make in form or out, but while connected to their being the flames are green. Aria used her powers as theming for her club, but the green fires within the decor are rarely real. Most are projections and fake flames.

Occupation: Co-owner of Club Inferno, formerly club singer

Personality: Aria was always quick to passion, but it was flickering. Her brother, Aiden, constantly had a bursting heart, but Aria's would flicker, then be stored away because she didn't trust it. She didn't trust anything easily, though she worked on that in later years. Aiden was her one constant, so other things could easily be missed if she cared too much. She was there to patch when Aiden's heart got hurt, but it wasn't until he started doing the same thing she always did that she realized how bad it was for them. She learned to build from the passion bursts, even got their singer gigs by this, and eventually it was easier for her. She still had that built up passion hidden away, but hadn't found the true spark yet. She felt closer than ever after a while of dating her now boyfriend, Levi, as he helped her have different views on her life. He was a support, as was Aiden, and they truly could tell when she needed silence and hugs or words. They were lifesavers to her, and even her brother in law, Jericho, was a silent support and friend she could trust on. The idea built and built, until all that passion was unleashed onto her club. She made it her own, and found that Jace Quinzel was her perfect partner in crime for this adventure. Her friend group expanded and she found she had more people she could trust than ever before. As the same with on Aiden's bio, she and him are a truly dangerous when on the same page. They make a terrifying force of excitement and chaos together

Backstory: The truth of how they became orphans was always kept from Aria and Aiden, her twin brother. It left them resentful, they hated the pitying glances from people that clearly knew but refused to tell them. They put all of their energy into art of all kinds at first, until they burned themselves out. Aria has always been the more protective and cautious of the two, while Aiden was an open book with his heart on the first page. They went to a couple different foster homes, only getting separated once or twice before the havoc they rained when it happened became too great to justify.
Their powers weren't completely dormant, but practically weren't there. Unknowingly Aiden and Aria were repressing them, with only slightly abnormal results from it. After the incident that left them orphans, the trauma is what triggered the repressent. They were like heat vacuums, the air around them always ice cold, while their skin was warmer than normal. They even didn't have the green streaks in their hair at that time. The collide resulted in another trauma for them, as their foster home was destructively merged with another building. Something unknown alerted them right before it happened, and they sprung into action. They got the few others that were in the house and themselves out just in time, because they phased into their fire forms. It wasn't purposeful, just their powers kicking in to protect them.
From there on they had the streaks, gone was the heat vacuum, and fire could be brought forth by them as easily as breathing. They were young teens and the appearance of their powers made their keepers decide to tell them the truth of their parent's death. It was bitter sweet, and made things snap into place for Aria. Both of them threw themselves into offered programs to help their powers. The programs were centered on control, but had the second goal of teaching them to defend themselves. They took to it easily, mastering their powers rather quickly. Aria used the training to channel the emotions she couldn't name, but after seeing Aiden start making walls as she did, realized they needed another way of coping that was actually healthy.
They were just shy of 16 when throwing themselves into work just didn't work anymore. They were phased out of training, now fully capable to defend themselves and knowing without a doubt that they wanted the civilian life. They started in a public school, quietly working their way through it until they graduated. Neither of them really knew what they wanted to do, so they started working odd part time jobs and working on their music through a channel on the internet. They got picked up and started their career as club singers, which is how Aria eventually met her boyfriend Levi. He came by to do a interview with her for an article, and they were brought close during the process. They got together after the article was selected for the front page, their excitement giving them that push to do it. They've been going strong since, their relationship only growing stronger. They found comfort with the other, found a bit of home they'd been missing. Aria knew he'd always listen to her rambles, and true to expectations he's the one that listened and heard her mention her own club. With his encouragement, Aria started to look into it further, and the plans for Club Inferno were made. Now, the club is up and running, and thriving. It's everything she could've imagined and more, she couldn't be prouder. There's something calming to her about having routine, but having chaos always included in it.
