Description This is my interpretation of the Welsh flag [link] . I will dedicate this to my step son and son who are both Welsh ( I now have a Welsh daughter too so this is also dedicated to her )

The irony of this is that I am English and I have noticed this being used in banners and as avatars by English haters ( I'm not talking about proud Welsh folk ). To those people, while I cannot stop your hatred of English people, just bear in mind that an English guy did this painting before you use it

This is stunning, I grew up in South Wales so have always loved the Dragon, but this is something else! I'm glad you made the difference between proud Welsh folk and English haters - I'm a proud Welsh folk and like all nationalities of the our isles, what's the difference between a Welsh man and an English man? The accent.

Really glad you like it! FUnnily enough here in North Wales there isn't much of an accent when they speak English but they speak more Welsh than in the south.

I'm not Welsh, I'm English. I live in Wales though and I have heard of Merthyr Tydfil My kids are all Welsh and fluent Welsh speakers.

Wow this is really good! I actually saw this once a few years ago when I was looking through dragon pictures, but I didn't get the symbolysm until I moved to Britain. I saw it again here on DA and saw the title and it clicked. Amazing work!
