Description
so I did this before with my girl Kumi a while back and like back then, Semra isn't a straw hat, I just wanted to draw outfits and this is a simple way to label everything.

also, Semra is a kuro lolita, so like 99% of her wardrobe is black with some hints of grey so....yeah, this was pretty simple to colour... anyway, on to explanations I guess.

Pre-skip: pretty simple bell shaped lolita dress, with gloves because why not, also at this point she hasn't started wearing the hair bow yet.
Drum Island: cute lil winter lolita dress
Alabasta1: the first non lolita outfit, but considering where she is, that's a given.
Alabasta2: since it's what she's wearing underneath the first Alabasta outfit it's also non lolita, I went for a more Djinn kind of vibe instead of dancer.
Skypiea: Bonnets are hard to draw and I will never draw them again I swear to god.
Water 7: Simple lolita dress this time.
Galley-La: back to the non lolita outfits, if the shape of the skirt was different it would be casual lolita but it's not because it's all flat, but yeah, the Galley-La outfits are very casual and simple so that's what I went with.
Thriller Bark: Semra in her element tbh, since Kuro lolita is very close to Gothic Lolita in style, as well as first outfit with crosses on them, also the only outfit I actually drew her with her cane.
Sabaody: Cute lil summer-y lolita dress, nothing much to say.
Amazon Lily: I did an Amazon Lily outfit for Kumi so I wanted to do one for Semra as well, close to being in the lolita shape but it's not, and I was tempted to draw her wearing underwear or those relaly short skirts they have but it just didn't fit Semra's style so she has a pretty typical skirt.
Strong World: first film outfit on this thing!! also my second fav outfit tbh, little less of a lolita outfit and more of a atalier boz like outfit with the more longer, regal look.
Post-Skip: and it's her normal outfit, the outfit I have drawn her in before and probably will keep doing.
Fishman Island: I was originally gonna give her a more mermaid like shape but it just didn't look good so this is what I ended up with.
Punk Hazard1: the most skin you'll ever see of Semra, and yes, it's basically literally her underwear, a strapless bra/tube top and some bloomers.
Punk Hazard2: and we're back with the cute little winter lolita dresses, this one being much more simple than the previous one.
Dressrosa: and here is my fav outfit of the bunch, and the only one with different hair, since Dressrosa is very spanish inspired and has a very distinct feel for it, I wanted to represent that in Semra's outfits and give her a less lolita look like the Strong World outfit as well as curl her hair just for the fun of it.
Whole Cake Island: I wanted it to look as cute nd somehwat cartoony as possible and this is what I ended up with and I love it ok.
Wano1: just a very typical kimono, save for the black monochrome colours but I mean, she has an aesthetic to keep up with, also the only time she wears lipstick, and it's not black though I did try that.
Wano2: Basically I just wanted to give her a more Wa lolita like outfit as it fit her style a bit more as well as I had room for an extra outfit.
Film Z: Film Z has a very distinct outfit lineup as well as with the colours, the primary one being red so I had to incorporate a red colour into Semra's outfit as well as give her a different sword...more for the fun of it tbh. I went with a dark red because I mean, it's still Semra.
Film Gold: same with Z, the main colours with Gold are black and blue, save for the white casino outfit which I just couldn't draw Semra in, but yeah, like with Z, she has a very dark blue because it's still Semra after all.

And there, why I do this to myself I don't know, but I do love the results!!

I am kinda tempted to open up commissions slots for something like this because as big of a project as these are, they are fun to do and I like designing outfits sometimes.
