Digital form pretty much makes her a living program, or in her case, a living virus. She can communicate with all electronic devices and use them to her advantage. It also lets her transfer her own body as if it were simply made out of data and can travel through any form of a data stream.

Drawback: She's pretty much weak to anything electronics are weak to, EMP's and electric shocks are the biggest threats. She's useless if there's no electronic devices around.

Personality

Seiko is a very ambitious though doesn't always see the scale of things, meaning she can be quite over ambitious. Despite that she is smart and is an expert when it comes to mental manipulation and does use it whenever it suits her, so she's quite cruel as well. When she isn't doing anything villainous she tends to stay home playing video games, she's basically a video game gremlin, and she does rage at times.
