oddly enough, this is EXACTLY what i need. It's bizarre how hard it is to just find a simple dress WITHOUT a pleated skirt

Not sure about anyone else but for me the skirt part of the dress wasn't weighed properly more were the physics what I was looking for- I'm sure if you put some time to fix those 2 things this would be perfect but I'm lazy lmao
