Very giger-esque! Loved the detail, shading and light, and the contrast. It's a very visually 'busy' piece-- but in this case, it works, without utterly overwhelming the eye. Bravo.
Keep up the good work.

That is one sweet sea-horse {least-a-ways I see it as a techno-sea-horse}. I'm a liking the attention you put into the background as well as the focus of the piece. *grins* I'd love to get one and put it in with my gold fish and see what would happen . . . +fav

how you do it is BEYOND me. . .

where does your inspiration come from for these images?

Do you EVER erase? With lines THAT intricate, I think an eraser would be your enemy. .

LOVELY.

I thought the style looked familiar. I downloaded a piece called The Harvester when i first got onto Dev Art. I lost track of the deviant that spawned it. Finally, found ya. Going on my DevWatch.
Love your work. The obsessive quality fits your themes nicely. This one is like the grandson of the Harvester-a more evolved being in the same gene pool.

Keep it up.

cheers.

I once thought I could draw as good as you, as well as a lot of the people here on DA. Then I woke up.

Nice drawing!

darkened-flame [2003-04-01 00:05:56 +0000 UTC]

my lord how do you come up with something like that? The little texture blocks all over the place look really cool -- never crossed my mind to do something like that for a BG. Badass lens flare thing coming from the center -- good job.

Not sure bout the noise on the actual thing itself tho. It adds a lot of character and definately doesnt detract from the image but im just wondering if that was there on accident or on purpose -- cuz it does fit with those lil texture blocks .
