Yes I know, another Interview With The Vampie piece but I could not help myself.Was looking at my old deviations and wanted to do another piece around my [link]
No Brushes this time
All my passion went with the golden hair, the world was a tomb to me, a graveyard of broken statues, and each of those statues resembled her face.

one of the most evocative scenes and you captured that perfectly. the figures huddled together in the back, the doll, the expression on his face, and the wonderful use of color, light and texture. amazing work.

the second i saw your deviation i fell in love. i love this movie and to my perspective this is one of Brad's best films ever. u have done a great job. its identical to the movie scene.

This is an amazing work on so many levels. The lighting, the actual poses and everything.. lol, the only thing that I see that's possibly different is that I don't remember Louis holding a doll in the movie at all, unless I'm going blind...? I don't remember it. I watched that movie so many times. It's one of my favourites. The part of the work with Claudia and her childe is just... amazing. I remember that as one of the most amazing special effects I've ever seen in a movie. Ever. So see it again here, in your work just knocks my socks off again. The moon shining into the shaft is captured beautifully here in your work.. and the look to the side from Louis was probably when he was just turning to look at Santiago in disbelief. How could he do that to the young Claudia? The politics of the vampires always interested me in this movie/book. Louis' hair is amazing, of course.. His hair is always perfect

Now, I love the film...you have picture one of the best scenes of it !! I still have chills when i bring in mind the moment he entered this place of death...
