The Secret of Kells is probably one of my most favorite movies ever. I felt compelled to draw fanart.

This movie has the most fun character designs I have ever seen! So shape-oriented~.

My sketchbooks have a few pages dedicated to doodles of Aisling and some of the Abbot. The Brothers of the Scriptorium were my favorites, though. BACKSTORY POTENTIAL.

I kinda wanted this to be when Brendan was younger and maybe the Abbot hadn't drawn all over the floor yet. But time-wise it would make no sense whatsoever. So I just had Brendan doodling on a... clean floor anyway...
I didn't feel like drawing everything on that floor, as awesome as it all is 8V;;;
