Although he may seem self-centred and harsh and arrogant, behind Arnell's tough exterior is just a kind hearted and frightened young man scared of failing in both his job to advise and listen to the Royal Eirelain family (mostly the Royal Chieftain) and protect the citizens of Eirelain from the misuse of its powerful magicks as well as being one of the chosen magical beings that guards it.
