I love it, just as a suggestion maybe you could lighten her skin tone a bit as she looks slightly dirty in a way.

This is a weird one, I have already lightened her skin, and she looks okay on my laptop, but on the big computer, she looks too dark!!

The photograph doesn't have many tones and actually looked a little flat when I printed it out in black and white ... so it was my choice to add a little more shading ...

To get the dark tones, I use a 9B graphite pencil, and I go over it and over it and over it ... sometimes my hand hurts!!!
But it's worth it ... LOL
