My entry for 's Mizki contest to design him/her based on the voice samples / box art.

I wanted to do something different from the kimono look while still making her look like she'd go with her boxart, keeping in similar colours and adding the fan and the hairpin too. I chose female here, but I'm pretty sure I can make a male version to go with her ;3

I love this design for Mizki! It involves her character item(s) and is still modern-ish enought to fit her voice! Also, it's really original, instead of the countless kimono-outfits I see all over dA! Good work! ^^

Ah, she's so cute! Her hair is so pretty! And I love that the flowery hairpin is attached to her headphones. The background is also quite nice. It took me a while to notice the computerized look of it, but it's subtlety makes it even better, I think.

Thanks ^.^ I wanted the hairpin there even if everything else changed while I was designing her XD

I wanted to keep the bg computerized, but not over the top and enough to kill my computer (had loooots of layers by the end ). Glad it worked out ^^
