Description
Markus Striker was a formerly a general in Majestic Command, 3rd Sector (3rd Sector is Great Britain). However, he has since been promoted to Prime-General of the Majestic Command, 12th sector in North America. His position is supreme command of Majestic Prime, which is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all the Majestic-12 institutes across North America.

In his earlier life, Markus was originally was in the armed forces and was a formidable and terrifying soldier, but was generally disliked due to his unstable emotional state and his prejudice of anything different. The others eventually got rid of him after an unpredicted incident involving a dragon when he ventured into a cave, after which he was laughed off the force for his story.
Markus was then later approached by Majestic, who took his story seriously and showed him the worlds that existed beyond our own. Learning more skills, how to use a variety of technology, weaponry and magic, Markus quickly ascended through the ranks and became a general. He embodied all that Majestic stood for, most notably the motto that "if it's not human then it's inferior and property of Majestic, and it must be either captured or destroyed no matter the cost".
Under his reign, Majestic has destroyed countless creatures, hybrids and other species as well as innocent humans caught in the crossfire. Markus himself has participated in many of these conflicts, using mechanical enhancements to help destroy his prey, which he prefers to do.

Of course, Markus has had some failings in his career. In 2011, he led the Mexican Majestic institutes to capture a Dragon-Human Hybrid called Lut and her family. The operation appeared to be going well - until the interruption of the T.rex/Dragon Hybrid Tyrannagon. Lut was freed thanks to his interference, but Majestic retreated with her two sisters in their hands. Not willing to let her sisters be killed or used for whatever evil experiments Majestic had in mind, Lut transformed into her dragon form before both herself and Tyrannagon attacked Mexico's Majestic Institute. Lut changed back to a human form and infiltrated the facilty while Tyrannagon battled the soldiers outside. Lut managed to find and free her sisters before coming face-to-face with Markus Striker. Angry with him for kidnapping her siblings, Lut fought him viciously before managing to defeat him. However, she was unable to bring herself to kill him and instead she abandoned him as Tyrannagon totally destroyed the institute, before carrying Lut and her sisters back home.
Unbeknown to them, however, Markus had teleported away before the insitute was blown up. Furthermore, he had successfully retrieved Lut's D.N.A for 'Experiment 862' and another Top-Secret Project. With his mission ultimatley declared a success, Markus added Tyrannagon to Majestic's hitlist before turning his attention to another hybrid Majestic wanted - BlackDragonScars.

Armed with a new squad of soldiers and a new prototype weapon - the DSX-1000 "Dragonslayer" - Markus used the same tactics to infiltrate Black's home and capture him and his children. Black fought back however and escaped their clutches as his children were taken. As Black tried to reach the facility, he was knocked down by the DSX-1000 and was forced to battle it. The fight was evenly matched with Black constantly on the defensive but holding his own. Thankfully for him, two of Earth-United's elite - Xor'ra Dragonis and Mysterio - intervened and helped him to destroy the machine. As Xor'ra helped evacuate the prisoners including Black's children, Black and Mysterio infiltrated the facility and came face-to-face with Markus. Markus battled them to a standstill before revealing his true origin as a Dark Shapeshifter - changing into a reptilian form and battling Black after knocking Mysterio unconscious.
Mysterio recovered, however, and helped Black seemingly kill Markus by flooding him and the floor before Black electrocuted the water. To destroy the facility, Black tore it from the ground using his powers and threw it into the sun. However, Markus had a necromancy chip implanted in his mind and was able to revive himself before again teleporting away, with Black's DNA having been recovered from the earlier fight with the DSX-1000. The DNA was given to be used for 'Experiment 862' and the other Top-Secret Project.

Some time after, Markus was promoted to Prime General of the Majestic-12 institutes. His first major issue when in command was responding to a battle in the Magic Realms between two werewolves - Jake Wolfe and Android Wolf. Android had lost but was still alive and was air-lifted to a nearby Majestic base where the scientist went to work on repairing the damage to Android Wolf's body with cybernetics. Upon recovery, Android Wolf found that he was stronger and virtually unstoppable. Android Wolf wasted no time in his training, use of magic, and using various weapons. During a surprise inspection by Markus Striker, Android Wolf proved his willingness to serve Majestic and completed many assignments to utter satisfaction in hardly any time at all. This impressed Markus and put Android Wolf in charge of Majestic's North American headquarters. Android Wolf soon compiled his army for Majestic and even built a special war machine. The machine waits to be used to this very day.

Since then, Markus ordered a strike on Jake Wolfe, which led to the destruction of Jake's home and the death of his family. Furious, Jake has sworn revenge against Majestic and is been aided by the Wolf Goddess Moonlight and the brilliant human inventor Liam Foster to ensure his revenge is successful...

Markus now wears a new armour to signify his status with new weapons. Aside from the mechanical armour that enhances his strength, speed and resilience, Markus wears a mask that enhances his vision modes and also acts as a telekinetic link, allowing him to move and manipulate objects around him as well as remotely interface with Majestic's computer systems. Among these systems is a pair of target-seeking blades located on Markus' jetpack. The blades lock onto and seek out the target, continually following them until it kills them. At the same time, the blades have sensors to stop them hitting other obstacles or the user.
On the 'Medallion' on the front of the armour, a powerful energy beam is fired from the eyes and mouth. The claws on his hands are able to crush steel, with multiple missiles hidden in the bays on top of the arms while the concealed plasma cannons are more powerful and have a faster rate of fire compared to the other Majestic soldiers who use them. Finally, Markus has been given a new weapon to signify his status - The Rassilus Blade.
The blade is filled with the energies of Rassilus Marx (who Majestic recovered the body of following his battle with Master Takeda) and is also known as the 'Hell Inducer'. Once a victim is stabbed with the blade, it surrounds them with an energy sphere that prevents them from dying and subjects them to excruciating and unbearable torture until they are stabbed again with the blade.
