Max's Diary, the book Max borrowed from Kate (Ray Bradbury's 'The October Country'), a package of instant film (there is no 'bottom', it's just a lid), and her pencil case.
Credits are in the readme which are included in the file.
Note: The pencil case might be need to be resized. I scaled it down considerably, but some still might think it's too big.
