Well. Once again deviant art ruined the quality. This is the best manip so far! Did so much detail on here. It was crazy. Worked with a lot of new stuff here. The rain was very difficult to work with, but I finally got it to look somewhat decent. I added the stream in there and it actually looks decent. So...I'm pleased with this one.CREDITS:

This is an amazingly realistic photo manipulation. So many of the manips I see on da are just cut-and-paste style, but this is truly a work of art. It took me several moments to recognize my stock, I can hardly believe the stream is added in. Well done!
