I loved the highway markers in NM! So simple, yet effective. And take a look at how ridiculously long this highway number is! There's an interesting story behind it. Since this is close to the observatory near Cloudcroft, it was numbered to reflect the wavelength the astronomers use to locate places of interest on the sun! Actually, I've heard that many other highways running through this particular area also reflect something about the sun and the planets, which is pretty darned neat!
