the first of the final images.Many people have been following the evolution of "The chaos trooper" ...
At the last minute, decided it could not remain solely as an image of war.
I tried to be closer to the CI-FI.
I hope not to disappoint ...

A ultima hora, decidi que no podia quedarse simplemente como una imagen belica .
He intentado estar mas cerca de la CI-FI.
Espero no haberos decepcionado...

The details of the machines are amazing - and look like they would work. I especially love the baked enamel paint of the yellow attackers

There is a whole story behind this image. I always try to create an imaginary world with a background story.
I help create the characters.
I also like the yellow robots.

this is a very good image!
the robots look to be well modeled and textured
i would like to see a bit of motion blur though, it would help convey a greater sense of movement
great work on the clouds too, photoshop im guessing?

Working in animation and I'm too tired of motion blur .. I prefer to see the sharpest image in spite of not being real in a still image.
The clouds are 3D. FumeFX plugin.

You're right. Could have some Motion blur and security would be more dynamic.
Fume FX is a plugin for 3dmax.
3DMAX use?
There are many FumeFX video tutorials on the web.
Without going any further on Youtube there are several pretty good.
But besides the plugin is very powerful, very complex.
It takes many hours to understand.
I recommend you take it patiently.
There are two DVDs very well explained tutorials.
1 .- FUME FX ESENTIALS
2 .- FumeFX ADVANCED
Both are from Allan Mckay. On its Web site also has information and tutorials on the plugin ... and stuff.

Cool! from afar I thought it was one of those typical abstract renders, but the details in those robots is just incredible

It is true that large can appreciate better the details of the robots.
The clouds I think gives it a more dramatic.
The only thing is that the clouds were created with Fume FX.
It is more complicated to use than the Vue, but the control is higher.
