Really lovely picture, I adore it.
I love the hand that's holding the lantern and I really love how consistent you keep the flower pattern; it almost looks as if it were applied with a brush on Photoshop.
If I had one tiny crit, I would say that the ribbons on the right cut out her right bangs/fringe, making her fringe/bangs appear to be stifly lop-sided. If you want to make them lop-sided in future (probably with wind), make them a bit more curled.
