Just a mental image. Always thought about how Irkens might lack souls, considering their minds are made in PAKs and they're really just a series of programs attached to an artificially created body.It was that vividly colored and stark in my mind, so I just rolled with it... but I wanna practice more of the blendy-painty looking stuff like the Dib picture I did.
Well, more to come, hopefully (school starts on Tuesday... that might slow me up a little... waaah ;__; I'll try not to let it.

It seems so sad, and then you see he's smiling a little bit, and it makes me want to cry, just a little bit because I'm happy for him, but sad to see him go. What's making him die... dissipate? Disappear? Crash? Delete? I get the feeling I might die of curiosity if you don't make a little back-story for this. Maybe since Zim was defective, he was able to have a soul of his own.

This drawing is very sad and beautiful. I think Zim's a bit too emotional to not have a soul. After all, his first words were 'I love you.' Followed by, 'cold, unfeeling robot arm,' but still.

This is just an amazing piece of work that you've done. Really. The concept of it, the way his body is just disintergrating into washed away data, his calm and seren face fitting the picture, and just everything about it is beautiful. Yeah, i may do a story on this someday. Don't know when. Hmm. Hopefully soon. Anyhow, gorgeous work and keep up ur pure epicness!

Whoa...So deep and touching to the soul. It really does make you think about it. Irkens really are nothing but data and artefical carriers, so to them, souls are just something that doesn't exist. I think Zim has one however.
He is called the Defect of Irk, right? So...Maybe being the defect he is, is because he has a soul, he thinks and feels like a human...AWW!!

Yeah, he's got a tear going there, though it is difficult to see it.

Oh, this is really striking, I love the color. The background is really true to the show, but your stile is very distinctive (And yummy omnomnom)

Naw, stark and simple totally works for this.
I like the three-color scheme with all the Irken colors~ the pinks, greens and purples. Even though they seem like they shouldn't really work, I think you put them together well in the right shades.
Love the breaking-down sequence you created with the squares. Do have to ask again, wow, did you draw those all by hand? O_O;
The moon is an interesting concept~ The background really makes it seem like he's died on Earth, rather than being deactivated on Irk, which leads one to think of either mental preoccupations and priorities for Zim, or a horrible storyline to his invasion of Earth~
Anyway, great concept darling, and so sorry it's taken me so long to get around to talking about it~ <3
