I'm gonna save up for all of my anime series buys after I'm done saving for my tablet! Chobits will prolly be one of the last ones I buy though, since I already have some of the other ones started, such as Pretear and Fruits Basket (manga and anime)

She does look a lil sad, drowsy perhaps ^^

Colors looks OK, maybe you should darken her back area a lil bit ( I mean the right side of the pic) Base on your shading the light is comming in front of her so maybe adding a lil shade on the opposite side will add more depth on th pic.
