Oh God, America would really LOVE having Philippines around. Not only can he talk about himself all the time but Philippines will AGREE with him and COMPLIMENT him too!

Hmmm... I kinda changed the design for Luzon and made him mestizo looking or someone who had been born from a mixture of European blood. xD So I didn't ink his hair since I imagined it be somehow of a light brunette or maybe even an Auburn brown? Oh whatever. xD You won't notice here because he's waaayyyy back there wanting to tear America into 50 pieces.

And no, those are not highlights on Philippines' hair. xD

I am not exactly sure if that girl really is Philippines but maybe yeah... O.o They say she's Philippines but... why don't I feel the radiating signature Filipino optimism and obnoxiousness!? xD Why is it from this picture that I see her as some girl who's always pissed? Oh Himaruya, if she is the Motherland, I hope you actually pull her off! 8D -thumbs up-

If she is the Philippines, I'm still not retiring my Philippines. xD (Maybe stop from the APH fanart with him yeah) Well you see, I've been planning on drawing something on our history, it might sound some Hetalia rip off but it actually originated from the time when my Aunt would teach me about our history and actually treat the countries as if they were human to make me understand them more. xD Hetalia just merely made me remember about what my Aunt did for me to remember the history of my Motherland, that is all. -bows- (Don't worry guys, I won't submit it here if I get the chance to draw it... xD)
